Founder
Martin Pound is the founder of FluxShift, bringing over 15 years of experience building and scaling operational models across e-commerce and logistics. His background includes leadership roles at Amazon and Vinted, as well as working with Enjoy in Silicon Valley and advising both startups and enterprise organisations.
He has consistently focused on launching new propositions in complex environments where speed to market, operational reliability, and cost efficiency are critical.
Through this experience, Martin developed a pragmatic approach to solution development: move quickly, learn fast, and iterate with intent, while ensuring the underlying systems are built to scale.
FluxShift is the product of that approach, helping businesses design and deliver operational solutions that work from day one and evolve as they grow.
